The gummies have sedative qualities and can cause drowsiness, so consider whether its safe to drive or operate heavy machinery before taking the gummies. You are legally safe to drive on the gummies, you just need to know beforehand your response to them.

Be careful when mixing the gummies with alcohol as it could cause additonal drowsiness.
